Public Offer

This document is a public offer by Liberty.space Corp, a Delaware (USA) stock corporation ("we," "us," or the "Company"), addressed to any capable individual (the "User"), to enter into a subscription agreement for the Fidant.AI service (the "Service") on the terms below.

01Acceptance

You accept this offer — and a binding agreement is formed — when you do either of the following: (a) create a Fidant.AI account, for the free-trial terms; or (b) pay for a subscription through our payment processor, for the paid-subscription terms. Acceptance also constitutes your agreement to our Terms of Service and acknowledgment of our Privacy Policy, which are integral parts of this agreement.

02Subject of the Agreement

The Company grants the User a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use Fidant.AI — an AI assistant with a persistent memory layer, available as a web application and native mobile apps — for the duration of the paid subscription period or free trial. The scope of features, usage limits, and available AI models depends on the selected plan.

03Plans, Pricing & Trial

Current subscription tiers, their monthly prices, usage limits, and included features are published on the pricing page and shown at checkout. Prices are stated in US dollars and do not include taxes that may apply in your jurisdiction; where required, taxes are calculated and added at checkout.

New accounts receive a free trial period (currently 14 days) with limited daily usage; no payment method is required to start the trial. The trial converts to a paid subscription only if you explicitly subscribe.

We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice. Price changes take effect from your next billing period and never retroactively.

04Payment & Renewal

• Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details; they are handled by Stripe under its own terms and privacy policy.
• Subscriptions are billed monthly, in advance, and renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
• If a renewal payment fails, we may retry it; if payment cannot be collected, the subscription is downgraded or suspended.

05Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time via the subscription-management page in your account (Stripe customer portal). Cancellation stops future charges; the subscription remains active until the end of the already-paid billing period.

06Refunds

Amounts paid for a current or past billing period are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by mandatory consumer-protection law of your jurisdiction. The free trial exists precisely so you can evaluate the Service before paying.

07Service Quality

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." AI-generated content may be inaccurate; the Service does not provide medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice. Warranty disclaimers, acceptable-use rules, and the limitation of liability are set out in the Terms of Service; the Company's aggregate liability under this agreement is limited to the amounts you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

08Changes to This Offer

We may amend this offer prospectively. The current version is always available at this page; material changes will be announced by email or in the Service at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

09Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country of your residence remain unaffected to the extent they apply by law.
